Pertama-tama perlu diketahui dulu, di mana posisi saya gerangan? Dalam garis bujur dan lintang geografi, berapa angka basis dan ordinat saya? Ternyata ranah permukiman saya adalah anggota dari sebuah noktah geologi dari beberapa juta galaksi alam semesta ini. Noktah ini, sebuah titik benda angkasa bernama bumi, beredar dengan setia di garis melengkung yang jelas, eksak dan rapi dalam satu gugus galaksi, berlayar di angkasa raya berjuta tahun sudah lamanya. Dalam titik ini saya adalah sebutir zarrah, sebutir debu yang bertengger di permukaannya.

Kemudian, sesudah debu ini mengetahui posisinya di atas titik bernama bumi ini, seperti bermilyar-milyar debu lainnya, bekerja dan bertugaslah dia. Debu yang satu ini mula-mula berfungsi sebagai anak debu, lalu suami debu, ayah debu, warganegara debu, dan mengerjakan sastra debu.

Debu yang luar biasa kagum pada penciptaan konstelasi galaksi angkasa raya seisinya dan luar biasa bersyukur memperoleh kesempatan menjadi debu di atas titik planit bernama bumi ini, menghadapkan seluruh eksistensinya dalam bentuk sujud ke arah Sang Maha Pencipta Alam Semesta ini.
